hehehehe Loved the double-meaning. But as a Brazilian, I don’t think São Paulo is a good place to visit. Just a big city with the nearest beach +200Km away. If you want tall buildings visit NY.

  • power guido says:

the nearest beach is less than an hour from my house, and i don’t drive at 200km/h…

and a direct flight from NY to são paulo makes perfect sense. both cities are important business centers. and what concerns tourism, são paulo’s airports are major hubs to pretty much eny place in the country, plus the risk of being kidnaped, robed or murdered are far lower than in rio.

Pardon me for being ignorant, but I don’t understand the joke. Would you please explain it?

  • Chrispy says:

It’s a reference to Brazilian-style waxing, which takes off every last bit of hair.

  • Bearhunter says:

    Smooth flight, though….

  • Rolly says:

    Great snorkeling

  • TheIdleReceptionist says:

“Brazil: We always leave a landing strip.”

  • SaintSinner says:

    Smooth Flight.. heh… comedy gold.

  • Ace says:

A Brazilian is not “every last bit of hair”. It’s a wax that the girls need to wear their revealing bikinis. I have been to the beaches…..nice

  • Jeff says:

The “Sphinx” removes every last bit of hair. The “Brazilian” leaves a little landing strip of hair on the mons pubis.

  • Jeff says:

The fancy NY ad agency didn’t capitalize Brazil.
    Government school?

  • Shoe says:

This is funny! It certainly is different down there…I have a good friend from Brazil and he’s a mess:) I mean that in the most positive way JOOOOEEEEE

  • Carlos Oliveira says:

Yes, is different ” down there” most of the times… ” much more SUBSTANCIAL !!!”

[...] I’m not sure what to make of this ad from Delta airlines. Anyone have any thoughts? It’s all part of the new service being offered out of JFK to Brazil. A fine idea to be sure, but you do have to wonder how many people will get it. These icons link to social bookmarking sites where readers can share and discover new web pages. [...]
