Earlier this month we posted the now infamous clip of a Bank of America employee, Ethan Chandler, singing a version of the U2 song “One” at a conference.

They used the tune but changed the lyrics to address a recent banking merger and appeared to take themselves very, very seriously. The clip was swiftly uploaded to YouTube and rocketed through the blogosphere. Now Universal Music thinks Bank of America has violated copyright…
