It’s not fair, the Australians have all the fun — riots at their tennis and indigenous television satire.

The Chasers War on Everything is a series which usually involves ‘gatecrashing’ events and filming the results. In this case it’s about cornering a few Middle Americans and with a suit, a camera and a microphone and the power of suggestion and then making sweeping generalisations about the intelligence of an entire nation. All in the name of good fun.

    brilliant!

  • Parik says:

To be honest, this video shows how ignorant and STUPID those Americans could be. All combined, good way to start off the morning watching how DUMB the americans could be.

  • toothpick says:

Let’s hope they don’t try the same thing on the streets of NZ.

  • Pete says:

Brilliant? Yep! Funny? Sorta. Scary? Terrifying! But don’t forget that there are uneducated people all over the world who believe anything that’s told to them and have no interest in anything beyond their immediate environment. I wonder how many “interviews” were discarded because they were not deemed to be stupid, ignorant or interesting enough for inclusion.

“Australians have all the fun … indigenous television satire”

Jeremy Wells … EML … burn.

  • Horrias says:

The majority of Earth’s people are dumb as bricks. In a country with 300 million people, you have to figure you’ll encounter stupid a lot more often.

  • Cam says:

Kinda sums it all up really

You want fries wit dat ??

  • burns says:

I love watching things that support my belief that heaps of Americans are dumb. It makes me feel better- even if it may be one sided reporting.

  • Elsa says:

I’m an American. I hear this kind of stuff all the time from people around me. It’s embarassing…but it’s true.

P.S. To be fair, I have never heard of the Coalition of the Willing.

  • Ard Righ says:

It’s an extremely terrifying thought, that quote in at the end of the video “he’s from Texas so he must be right”.

Texans have to be among the dumbest, and most easily led mass of people on the planet. There should be a law banning Texans from breeding, because their stupidity is infecting other parts of the USA lol :P

  • Cozmo says:

    Fucking idiots…. Plain and simple….

4 sides to a triangle? 1? and this country is leading the world…?

    your shitting me…

were all doomed, so very very doomed…

  • H says:

    “your shitting me…”

    love it.

  • Hoolian says:

I love it! I have never laughed so hard in my life. Even if its edited and totally made up, it is seriuosly such hilarity poking fun at the American IQ.

I mean, sersiouly, “What state is Kentucky Fried Chicken from?”

I think this video is the best.

  • Ross says:

God bless America: for keeping Americans there!

  • Amerikun says:

Funny stuff. Bad sample pool. If you take the dumbest people from any country and ask them questions, you’re more than likely going to get the dumbest answers. I hear ALOT of southern accents in that video, southern accents usually means stupid people.(ex. Bushy)

  • NAM_OMAN says:

IF YOU ASK AN AMERICAN, WHERE IS “BAY OF BENGAL” THEY DONT KNOW

  • KoolKat says:

I watched it and have decided that I am moving to France if the United States has another president from the south. As a person who just returned from a trip to Europe to watch this makes me understand why we are sterotype as we are. Trust me we are not all like that and I am moving to France.

  • Andy says:

You are all a bunch of Aussie pricks. Wonder what would happen if an American reporter went around interviewing you toothless outback sh!t talkers! Everyone’s always jealous of the “Top Dog”.

  • BoomStick says:

Reinforced again are those great lyrics of green Day’s ‘American idiot!’

  • BoomStick says:

In regards to Andys comments, we Aussies are too far away for the crazy yanks to worry about. Since when was Europe a country anayhoo?

  • Babalwa says:

What an intelligent thing to do? A country that still has killin aborigines in their country legal telling the world how stupid America is! If you’ve never been to Australia. You’re not missing a damn thing!
I’m a South African by the way!

  • peter lockwood says:

wow. i mean ive seen some stupid replys to questions before, but 1 side to a triangle? haha awesome. makes you wonder some times.

  • Michael D says:

Wow, I had no idea John Howard was so down to earth…

    Oh, wait…

  • Vicki says:

Wow thats hilarious, like some of you say I’m sure they only picked some of the stupidest answers but a lot of those people looked like they were upperclass or at least middle class educated people, do americans learn basic geography in school? Obviously not. Don’t recognise or know the names of some of the biggest world leaders. Very entertaining

  • Bergen says:

Its edited, towards a purpose which is itself a commentary of popular sentiment based on opinion. Its funny, its also not to be taken as a social guide to USA.

That said, I enjoyed it. I await more :)

  • Kiwi says:

Please send your map to the Whitehouse. You know Georgie is itching to invade Iran. The world would be a lot better off if he invaded that empty land mass of hot air to the west of the Tasman instead.

That Quote just shows how fucking stupid YOU are mate.

  • Tali says:

that’s brillient they did pick on the stupid amcericans out there but still if they supprt the war suring they should know where it is i mean they think iran is australia its not good :/

  • sertac says:

beautifully presented, however one has to think if the majority of the people in the U.S. were not dumb how could someone like George W. Bush be the president. I think there is more to this, a nation that kills John F. Kennedy cherishes George W. Bush… no more comment
