I&#039;d guess that it&#039;s from &#039;94/&#039;95. It&#039;s based around &lt;a href=&quot;http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Usenet&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;Usenet&lt;/a&gt; and not the World Wide Web, which is what we think of as &quot;the internet&quot; today.

I like how it&#039;s technically accurate and reports it as a cool new thing, rather than the &quot;is your X safe?!&quot; angle that seems to focus on most reports of the net now.

		<description>My goodness that list of make your own stuff is sad.  Moisturiser is one of the worst/best on there.  But it&#039;s good that now I know how to make my own 3D glasses because I have SO many 3D glasses emergencies!
