New Range of Commune T-Shirts
posted by Ana Samways at 2:09 pm
A brand-spanking new range of T-shirt designs by local design collective Commune, are out now. We like these two — Monster (left) is from local design gurus RESN and the Paradise Lost (below) by Jeremy Bennett, an architect whose mother was a fashion deisgner, and the guy behind Commune.
Oh, and don’t expect the usual too-cool-for-school over-inflated price tag and spit-thru fabric, these are very affordable (US$25) and made from good quality stretch. Girls note, a large is a comfortable size 14 equivalent.
Commune is a design collective established by New Zealand Architect/T-shirt designer Jeremy Bennett. The idea is to work with artists and designers from around the world to produce a yearly range of high quality, beautiful and unique t-shirt designs. So far there are 37 designs by 25 artists from 11 countries.
