OMG the chasers guys are MY HEROES!! oh, and btw, as what “GO CHASER!” said about what “what?” said … TOTALLY AGREED!!! this song is so true it’s funny. and wow… about out of the 1.5 million ppl who watched it, only 30 complained. THIRTY!! and yeah, that stuff about belinda emmett? they weren’t going to say anything about her! she was cool! and that stuff about ‘martin bryant”, well, they were being SARCASTIC!! all those sour-arsed jerks (anna coren) who took offence should all go pull their heads out of their *****. and if anyone didn’t like the song let me tell you this:

Funniest thing I have heard in a long time. I really cracked up over it and have watched again 4 times and showed everyone in my family. Who all thought it was hilarious.

I think that this piece hits all the buttons of good satire, but would have been excellent satire if it had made the basic point with more subtlety.

Alas, subtle is something that seems a bit of a stretch for some of today’s “push the boundaries” comedians.

Some months back I went to see Hanson’s play Dead Caesar where this was one of the numbers performed. It brought the house down. A very witty & satirical play all-in-all and this was one of the best bits – I’m so happy it’s been broadcast to offend more people

Writing and singing this disrespectful song about dead people will haunt the chaser comedians/team for a life time. when someone close to them dies, there mother or fatther or son or daughter they are going they will be reminded about making fun of family members who passed away!… Big mistake guys.
