What makes this even sillier is Morahan says he made the comment to his son’s optometrist 18 months ago. Somehow it got back to Ferns. Morahan, who works at Auckland City Brokers as a client services manager, has pleaded not guilty and will go before a jury later this year. If convicted he could get six months in jail or a $5000 fine.

Ferns has allegedly spent $100K on Family Court proceedings for an ongoing custody battle.
