Is the George Bush Biopic a Comedy?

With a cover of Louis Armstrong’s “Wonderful World” belting out and James Cromwell’s George Bush Sr delivering lines to Josh Brolin’s Dubya like this … “What are you cut out for? Fighting, chasing tail, driving drunk? What do you think you are? A Kennedy? You’re a Bush. Act like one.” … it sure sounds like one.
