A Body Bag Full of Choice Links

Best Halloween Costume: A body bag.
Quote: New Yorker writer David Sedaris on the undecided voter, which I think rings true here too:
“To put them in perspective, I think of being on an airplane. The flight attendant comes down the aisle with her food cart and, eventually, parks it beside my seat. “Can I interest you in the chicken?” she asks. “Or would you prefer the platter of shit with bits of broken glass in it?” To be undecided in this election is to pause for a moment and then ask how the chicken is cooked.”
Video link: Watch this video and find out how to solve the Rubik’s Cube in two moves…
Life imitates art: Did the same creative team behind the Aussie TV news satire Frontline come up with TV3’s new promo? Hard to tell which one is the gag.
Reality Television, the ultimate irony: Survivor-type show for the terminally ill, in the making.
A first time buyer who paid £30,000 for a disused Ministry of Defence water tower to convert it into a dream home has found he can only legally access it by plane or helicopter.

Hey Ana
Can you put a link somewhere so that when Wordpress randomly logs me out I can access the login without having to enter my details, be told that there is already a user with those details and then be offered a link to login. Thanks.
TV3 Promo was way funnier than Frontline’s. Though their production values and acting were better.

Yes! Thank you Gideon, I usually can’t be bothered logging in to ask that (today I am already logged in somehow).

TV3’s promo made me cringe.

LOL at all the people who try solving the Rubik’s cube that way
They’ll be spinning for days! Notice the way he carefully turns the cube before he starts until he’s got a starting position with 4 blue squares in the bottom right. The sneaky man!

The rubik’s cube claim is crap. All he’s done is start with a finished cube and performed those moves in reverse 30-odd times. How would a randomly scrambled cube solve itself when you don’t move 11 out of the 26 pieces?

I couldn’t stand that TV 3 promo vid – “the sun always shines on TV…” maybe that’s cos it’s studio lighting and is fake – just like the acts put on by all those TV3 “celebs”!
