If the cast of Ally McBeal wearing strapless Christmas-themed frocks and grinding away to “Santa Baby” gives you the heebies, then here’s a collection of Christmas songs that’ll get even the biggest cynic in the Yule-tide mood. First up, The Pogues and Kirsty MacColl with “Fairytale of New York”, with nifty animation.

A bunch of bearded gay guys from Amsterdam wish you a hairy Christmas. Check out Bearforce1 here.

Back by popular demand — Justin Timberlake stars in a brilliant Saturday Night Live digital short — “Dick in a Box”, a parody of the R&B cliche. (NSFW if you think the word “dick” is offensive).

That former punk, Bill Idol, singing “Jingle Bell Rock”.

Heavy metal-themed parody act the Sin Destroyers. “Gifts To The World” has footage of the band, a South Park-influenced cartoon and grin-inducing lyrics like “He is Jesus the Christ/he’s got a list, he’s checking it twice” and “He died for your sins/so you can get presents.”

Reuben, a UK alternative rock and heavy metal band, with “Christmas is Awesome”.
