It’s In The Bag Returns to NZ Screens

It’s back, by hokey. It’s In The Bag, the quiz show that New Zealand grew up with is returning to our screens starting Sunday May 31st at 7pm on Maori Television.
Starting as a radio show in the 1950s and shifting to TV in the 1970s, It’s In The Bag, hosted by the late Selwyn Toogood (and later John Hawkesby and Nick Tansley), played in town halls and theatres across NZ. It took the glamour of television to the provinces and gave away the largest prizes ever for a show of its kind.
The returning series will be hosted by Pio Terei and Stacey Daniels. So what’ll it be New Zealand, the money or the bag? Or the kete, even?
