It is so completely counter intuitive, so upside-down and back to front that even after though it took more than 20mins to figure it out the first time, I forgot how and had to struggle with it again the next time! If you want to see what the movie is based on check out the YouTube movie "Alive in Johburg" by Neill Blomkamp. I have a MySky at home and would have to say that the battery compartment for the remote is the most poorly designed, difficult to access I have ever seen. Trying to figure it out for the first time was very frustrating - compounded by the constant and annoying warning messages on the TV - bad design is the problem.
