Picture this: A fantastic collection of rare photos famous folk in candid shots and posed shots. Nice change from the contrived, airbrushed, self-conscious, paparazzi shots we’re force fed these days. I like this one of Alfred Hitchcock and his kids.

Ageing gracefully: HourFace is a 99-cent iPhone app that takes a picture you upload, makes it 3D and then shows the progressions of age over a few seconds — sadly not through to decomposition. Now that’d be cool. Perfect app for a society obsessed with youth and beauty.

Oooh, that Trademe shot is awesome. I mean just look at what you can see in the background…is that? Yes, I think it is…The Big Bang Theory. How embarrassing!
