Favourite new blog: The suitably titled Angry People In Local Newspapers documents stories about people in small towns and cities who made newsprint because they’re angry about something. It’s a blog by a journalist who says, “I feel sorry for local news photographers. They are hugely skilled and poorly paid, and sent out to photograph miserable people pointing at dog turds. Here, we celebrate their work.”
